The more I listen the nastier it gets; on some program on TV some people were calling in asking for death to all, plain and simple. The main advocate of the law is calling it a softening of our morals that the law, should it come into reality, won't be retrospective, he wants blood in the streets. And he is constantly pressuring politicians, making it very clear about the political suicide that they face if they do not support the law (they become De-facto SUPPORTERS and PROMOTERS).

The offence of homosexuality:
-A person who commits, or touches with the intention to commit, an offence of homosexuality shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for life.
Aggravated homosexuality:
-A person who commits the offence of Aggravated Homosexuality shall be liable on conviction to suffer death. Aggravated Homosexuality includes; when the offender is HIV positive, when the victim of the offence is a person with a disability, or when the offender is a serial offender.
Attempt to commit homosexuality:
-A person who attempts to commit the offence of homosexuality commits a felony and is liable to imprisonment of seven years.
-A person who attempts to commit the offence of aggravated homosexuality is liable on conviction to imprisonment for life.
Promotion of homosexuality:
-A person who funds or sponsors homosexuality, offers premises and other assets for purposes of homosexuality or promoting homosexuality, or uses electronic devices for purposes of homosexuality or promoting homosexuality commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of 100 million Shillings or imprisonment of a minimum of five years and a maximum of seven years or both fine and imprisonment.
-Where the offender is a corporate body or NGO, on conviction its certificate of registration shall be cancelled and the director or proprietor shall be liable to imprisonment for seven years.
Failure to disclose the offence:
-A person in authority, who being aware of the commission of any offence under this Act, omits to report the offence to the relevant authorities within twenty-four hours commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding 5 million Shillings or imprisonment not exceeding three years.
